SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Anastasios G. Michas, B.A., M.B.A., has been the Joint Administrator of the Athens Children’s Hospitals “Agia Sophia” and “Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou” since May 2025.
He has significant administrative experience in the healthcare sector, having served as Deputy Administrator at the “Agia Sophia” Children’s Hospital, as well as Administrator of the Karystos and Kymi Hospitals. Throughout his professional career, he has contributed to the modernization of services, the improvement of the quality of care provided, and the effective management of resources.
At the same time, he has developed notable scientific and social activity, participating in conferences and receiving distinctions from organizations for his contribution to the healthcare sector.
In the context of his duties, he places emphasis on upgrading healthcare services, strengthening human resources, and promoting innovative initiatives for the benefit of pediatric patients.
